The bed linens were not very tidy. and had bed bugs.However, once we complained, the front desk workers switched our rooms but bedsheet issue and mosquito issue still persists.hotel properties require a drastic makeover.

My room booked was for deluxe & they gave us studio room & were hoing to charge the same
The locality is good.
However the receipt staff is quite rude. And no so helpful. They have attitude issues. And reception always needs helpful people. They try to bug you on the rates. The provide half uses tissue papers in the washrooms. The shop and shampoo of the washroom looks like long unused inventory. Staff is not so helpful. Except for the waiters.

Too expensive for very small , pillow untidy, mattress untidy.
The property and roomnl was good. Just a suggestion should be lil spacious rest all was perfect. Would love to visit again. ?
